Q: How long does it take to get started after I've paid?

So you’ve signed up to a Grow Social Media package and are now ready to begin your journey! Once payment has been processed you will be redirected to your account portal. From here, one of our Social Media Managers will attempt to reach out to you within the next 24 working hours of signing up. They will arrange a kick-off meeting with you to discuss your goals and objectives - and how Grow Social Media will help you achieve them.

Q: Can I trial the service before paying?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a trial service. The reality is, a trial period would be too short to give an indication of any real results or allow you to utilise our service to it's full potential!

Q: Do you offer bespoke social media solutions?

Check out our packages page to find out which one is suited to your needs. Our core offering is social media management and optimisation. If you feel that your requirements do not strictly fall under any of the Grow Social Media packages, please visit Grow Social Agency where we can build a bespoke package right for you.

Q: How can I ensure my own privacy?

We follow measures to ensure we are GDPR compliant. All of your data is stored securely. As part of our terms of service, information pertinent to all parties involved will be protected by signed non disclosure agreements.

Q: Do you need access to my social media accounts?

In order for us to deliver the services relating to your package (such as optimised scheduled posting, insights & analysis, social listening and inbox management), we need to connect our platform to your account which will require us to be granted access, we cover how this works in more detail during your initial kick-off call with one of our Social Media Managers. If you have any concerns around privacy and security see this FAQ. Please feel free to get in touch if you'd like to discuss this in more detail.

Q: How do I know which package is right for me?

We've broken down our service into 3 packages to make it easier for you to decide what fits your needs best. Each package adds an extra layer of services aimed at solving the key challenges you would face depending on where you are in your social media journey. Q: What if I don't want, need or use part of the service?

Every element of the service will be at your disposal. Whether you choose to use every element of the package is up to you, however, a Social Media Manager will always be at hand to advise on how to utilise all aspects of your package to get the best out of the service.

Q: Can I review the content you create?

Depending on the package you've chosen, you'll have different options for reviewing edits and content that we have created. We can arrange for reviews upon request, once we've determined your content guidelines in the initial kick-off meeting this shouldn't be necessary as we will follow the guideline specification very closely.

For the Personal Brand and Business packages, you will have the additional option to use our approval system which allows you to add a layer of governance approving any content before it's published online.

Q: How do you measure success?

Success to us here at Grow Social Media is different for each client. The fundamental way we measure success is ensuring complete client satisfaction whilst using our service. Success is steering and guiding you on the right path to achieve your goals. This is why from the very start of working together, we make sure to outline your objectives and understand how we deliver them.

These are in place to ensure that your personal and professional interests are legally protected and so that our team can effectively deliver our services as agreed. Q: Can I trial Grow Social Media before paying?

Q: Can I cancel my account plan at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your account plan at any time, seeing out the service until the end of the month. Our Influencer and Personal Brand packages are set up on a rolling monthly subscription giving you complete flexibility.

Q: Do you offer discounts for startups, students and nonprofits?

Unfortunately the cost of our services are fixed for all of our clients. Our packages are already designed to be a cost effective and time efficient solution considering all of the services included in each package are actually worth a lot more. We firmly believe that what we’re giving to all our clients delivers unrivalled quality and value for money.

Q: Am I tied into any contracts?

Our Influencer & Personal Brand packages are a monthly rolling subscription. Our Business package has a 6-month minimum agreement and is billed monthly.

Q: Are my social media accounts safe?

Yes. Your accounts security is paramount to us and we take several security measures to ensure they are not compromised. None of your account information is ever shared and all of your information is stored securely.

Q: How do I manage my Grow Social Media subscription & account?
